- Poor posture & core strength

- Emotional support and guidance.
- Liaison with other healthcare practitioners.
- Ongoing email support between sessions.

Follow Up Sessions (online)
- 30-45 minute zoom consultation.
- Follow up on your health & wellbeing progress and goals.
- Accountability.
- Progression of strategies/exercises.
- Emotional support and guidance.
- Any questions answered.
